Exchange Policy – Cook Nook Hub
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.
Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process any exchange.
Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange. These include used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling, clearance or final sale items, and perishable goods or products specifically marked as non-returnable.
To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at support@cooknookhub.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly ship out your replacement product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to an error on our part—such as a defective or incorrect item—we will cover all shipping costs involved.
After we receive your returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process the exchange.
