Return & Refund Policy – Cook Nook Hub

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for used or damaged items caused by customer mishandling, clearance or final sale items, and perishable or personalized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at support@cooknookhub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Once you ship the product back to us and it has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Note that original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
