Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer two shipping options. Standard Shipping is free and has a delivery time of 12 to 18 business days. Expedited Shipping is available for $14.99 and delivers within 8 to 12 business days. Both options are available for all U.S. orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, while expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $14.99 per order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have it resent.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
